Roselyn "Bugs" Meyer-Drager

Roselyn Elizabeth "Bugs" Meyer-Drager, age 81, of Easton, MN, died Friday, May 9, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN. Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 12, 2008 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Easton, MN. Visitation will be Sunday, May 11, 2008 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Father Eugene Stenzel will officiate.

Roselyn Elizabeth Meyer-Drager was born June 6, 1926 in Minnesota Lake, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Dylla) Mosser. Roselyn attended St. Casimir Catholic School until the 8th grade. In November of 1943, she married Raymond Meyer. Raymond died April 27, 1977. Roselyn then married Edgar Drager in 1978, and he preceded her in death in 1991. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Easton, and active in the MCCW. She was a very strong, caring, and giving person. Roselyn cleaned the rectory after her retirement in 1986 until 2002. She lived in Easton most of her life. Roselyn was an animal lover, enjoyed fishing, gardening, crocheting and BBQ's with her family. She especially enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her children: Gary (Sara) Meyer of Easton, MN, Joyce (Bob) Brown of Waseca, MN, Dan Meyer (special friend MarshaWeber) of Woodbury, MN, Leona Meyer of Des Moines, IA, Peggy Meyer (special friend Kenny Kastens) of Waseca, MN, Jodi (Mark) Holmseth of Easton, MN; 16 grandchildren: Bill(Sara) Meyer of Easton, MN, Gary (Alicia) Meyer Jr. of Hugo, MN, Judy Meyer of Mankato, MN, Tom (Nikki) Brown of Rochester, MN, Jim (Jen) Brown of Kasson, MN, Tania Brockberg and Tara Sheehan both of Eagan, MN, Kristy (Mike) Buesgens of Northfield, MN, Ben Meyer of Woodbury, MN, Josh Meyer and Miranda Meyer, both of Waseca, MN, Rachel and Mark Shoemaker of Waterville, MN, Ashley Meyer of Waseca, MN, Kenny Holmseth of Easton, MN, Kelly Holmseth (special friend Frank) of Lake Crystal, MN, Ethan Holmseth of Easton, MN; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; 2 sisters: Adeline Schreiber and Mary Ann Meyer, both of Wells, MN; 1 sister-in-law: Annie Mosser of Wells, MN; along with numerous nieces and nephews and their families, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, special grandpa George, son, Randy; daughter, Judy; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
