30, 1995, while talking to her sister Eunice (they were getting ready to go to
Albert Lea to have her eyes check, after her eyes had been operated on for
cataracts). When she stopped talking to her sister suddenly, her sister had her
son-in-law, Leroy Kuster, drive out to the farm to see what was the problem. He
found her still holding the phone, but unable to communicate. She was rushed by
ambulance to Immanuel-St. Joseph Hospital, Mankato, Minnesota.
