| Note | BARBARA L. STIEVER
Barbara L. Stiever, age 67, of Winona, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015, at the Gundersen Health System Hospital in La Crosse, WI. Barb was a resident of Lake Winona Manor for the last nine years, and courageously battled Multiple Sclerosis since 1999.
Barb was born on April 21, 1948, in Winona, MN, to Bernard and Mary (Mack) Stiever. She was a graduate of Cotter High School class of 1966.
Barb will be remembered for her enjoyment of knitting, playing bingo, trips to the casino, and she was an avid Twins fan. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, whom she loved very much.
She is survived by her brothers: Paul Stiever, Laughlin, NV; Mark Stiever, Winona, MN; and Bill (Tammy) Stiever, Winona, MN; nephews: Jerrid (Elizabeth) Stiever, Victorville, CA; Scott Stiever, Laughlin, NV; and niece: Jolene (Greg) Sheprow, Bullhead City, AZ; great-nephews and great-nieces: Michael-Damien Stiever, Justin Stiever, Kaydence Stiever, Riley Sheprow, Mason Sheprow, and Jordan Sheprow; as well as other relatives and friends.
Barb was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Michael; sister-in-law, Connie; and her beloved dogs, Maggie and Cinnamon.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, December 4, 2015, in the Tranquility Chapel of Lake Winona Manor.
Deacon Justin Green will officiate.
Barb will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Visitation will be held in the Tranquility Chapel of Lake Winona Manor on Friday, December 4, 2015, from 1 PM until the time of the service.
Barb's family would like to extend their appreciation to Dr. Katrina Hammel, Dr. Nicholas Modjeski, and the staff of Lake Winona Manor for the loving care that Barb received.
Memorials may be directed to Lake Winona Manor or the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart.
