Publication: Winona Republican-Herald ; Date:1944 May 27; Section:None; Page Number: 3 PLAINVIEW MAN, 31, DIES OF LOCKJAW Plainview, Minnesota, USA, - (Special) - Clement Siebenaler, 31, son of Matthew Siebenaler, Plainview, died at his home at 2a.m. today of lockjaw resulting from a scratch. He had been ill for one day. Mr. Siebenaler was born September 6, 1912, in Plainview Township and attended the rural schools there.On September 19, 1933, he married Grace Appel at Plainview. Survivors are his father; his wife, a ten-month-old son; two sisters, Mrs. Oscar Wiley and Mrs. rosetta Feils,Plainview, and two brothers, Leo Plainview, and Reinold, La Crosse. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:30a.m. at St. Joachim's Catholic church. The Rev. T.F. O'Connor will officiate and burial will be in the St. Joachim Cemetery.
